Sanctuary Views, Kembla Grange

Project Summary:

Menai Civil delivered the civil construction works for Sanctuary Views, a major residential subdivision at Kembla Grange comprising 205 residential lots across approximately 12 hectares.

The staged development included site clearing, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, road construction, retaining walls and utility infrastructure to support the growing residential community. The project also involved lead-in service works along Darkes Road and the construction of a new public park, with existing native trees retained and integrated into the finished landscape.

Scope of Works:

Approximately 94,300 m² of site clearing.
Approximately 43,000 m³ of bulk earthworks.
Remediation of contaminated soils across the site.
Installation of sewer, potable water, electrical and NBN services.
Construction of concrete pavements and kerbs.
Construction of approximately 19,000 m² of flexible pavement, including sub-base, base, spray seal and asphalt.
Installation of signage and line marking.
Traffic management and control throughout construction.
Landscaping works, including delivery of public park areas and retention of existing native trees.
