Haven Estate, Cambewarra Stages 1 & 2

Project Summary:

Menai Civil Contractors successfully delivered Stages 1 and 2 of Haven Estate, providing end-to-end civil construction solutions for the growing residential community. The project involved site preparation, bulk earthworks, vegetation clearing, road and footpath construction, stormwater drainage, utility connections, landscaping and associated civil infrastructure.

A key feature of the works was the delivery of wetlands and sediment basins, including integrated access and drainage systems to support long-term environmental management across the estate. The project reflects Menai Civil’s capability in delivering complex residential subdivision works with a strong focus on quality, environmental outcomes and community-focused infrastructure.
