121 Taylors Lane, Cambewarra
Project Summary:
Menai Civil delivered the Taylors Lane subdivision in Cambewarra, providing civil infrastructure to support the development of a 124-lot residential community. The project included significant earthworks, drainage, pavement construction and service reticulation, alongside the delivery of key Works In Kind Agreement (WIKA) infrastructure. A major component of the works involved the construction of a roundabout intersection and a large wetland system requiring approximately 14,700m³ of excavation and the installation of multiple weirs and hydraulic structures to support stormwater management and environmental outcomes. Through careful coordination of civil, environmental and service infrastructure works, the project established the essential foundations for a new residential precinct while enhancing stormwater management and local connectivity.
Scope of Works:
Site clearing and preparation to establish the subdivision footprint.
Bulk earthworks comprising over 121,150m³ of excavation, including topsoil stripping, stockpiling, and respreading.
