Menai Civil Quality Policy

 

Menai Civil Contractors recognises the need to provide a quality service to the industry. We maintain an integrated management system which is designed to ensure that we carry out our service and complete our projects in a sustainable and commercially acceptable manner.

To ensure that we consistently supply a quality service, we will:

  • provide a quality management system that gives confidence to the client that the technical and commercial aspects of the work have been carried out as per their requirements;

  • comply with legislative requirements (or the specific requirements of our clients) relating to the quality aspect of our work;

  • establish quality objectives that guarantee a high level of service, and minimise waste or the need for re-work;

  • train all employees and sub-contractors in the use of our quality management system, and monitor the implementation of the system;

  • strive for continual improvement of service delivery through monitoring and review of the quality management system;

  • complete projects on time, to a high quality standard and within the set budget to promote repeat business.
