To ensure the ongoing health and safety of all of our employees, subcontractors and members of the general public we come into contact with, we will:
comply with all OH & S legislation and regulations, as well as additional specific safety requirements of our work sites.
carry out thorough risk assessments in all aspects of our business to identify hazards so that they can be assessed and appropriately controlled. The consultation process ensures feedback from affected employees and subcontractors.
identify competencies required to ensure a safe, injury free and healthy workplace, and ensure that these competencies are maintained within the company.
ensure open channels of communication with our staff on safety matters, so that any potential safety issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
ensure that employees and sub-contractors comply fully with our OH & S policies and procedures.
maintain an effective return to work policy, to ensure that our employees are not disadvantaged and are rehabilitated as soon as possible.
